Southport’s Liverpool Fans Almost Considering Watching Southport Instead

Liverpool Football Club’s dismal start to the 2014/15 season has almost driven thousands of their loyal Southport-based fans to potentially, nearly consider the possibility of maybe going to watch Southport FC southport fcinstead, it has emerged.

“I found out the other day that my home town of Southport has it’s own team.” Surprised Liverpool fan Tony Rimmer told us. “And it turns out that they also produce a thrilling mixture of nail-biting draws and valiant losses – for less money.”

” If the reds carry on like they are it’s not impossible that one day I might give serious thought to looking into the idea of going to Haig Ave instead sometime…perhaps,” Rimmer vowed.

“It can’t be worse than watching Mario Balotelli play musical statues without any music. Can it?”
